Minimum order and shipment weight
- The minimum online order is 5 rolls per selected specification.
- Reference weight: five 60 mm × 50 m rolls weigh approximately 4.7 lb (2.13 kg). Other widths and materials vary.
Artwork confirmation and production
- Artwork proof preparation is typically planned for about 1 business day after we receive the order and usable artwork.
- Production is typically planned for 5–7 business days after proof approval, subject to the reviewed specification and production schedule.
- The order is dispatched after production is complete; transit time depends on the destination.
France and European Union deliveries
BrandTape Co. can ship reviewed orders to France and other European Union destinations. BrandTape Co. does not currently collect EU VAT at checkout. Import VAT, customs duty, carrier handling fees, or other destination charges may still be collected from the recipient. The amount, if any, depends on the destination, consignment, and applicable rules; confirm landed costs for the specific order before purchase.
Transit time
Shipping time is destination-specific. The transit period depends on the destination country, region and full delivery address.
Timing starts with approved artwork
The typical 5–7-business-day production window starts after proof approval and remains subject to order review and the production schedule. A delayed approval moves the production start date.
