Small custom order
For standard online orders, choose 48 mm or 60 mm width, 50 m per roll, and the available material and printing options on the product page. The minimum is 5 rolls per selected design and color configuration.

For larger or recurring orders, send the main purchasing details for a reviewed quotation. If you need a roll length other than the standard 50 m, sales can discuss feasibility and quote it separately. Other tape widths, including 72 mm, are not currently available.

Artwork and reply process
AI, PDF, SVG or EPS artwork is preferred. Pantone or CMYK references can help reduce color misunderstandings. You can share artwork after our first reply if it is not ready when the inquiry is submitted.
Submitted inquiries are recorded for follow-up and sent to our order team. Our team will contact you within 12 hours.
Before placing a production order
Please confirm the final material, tape dimensions, printing colors, artwork proof, packaging method and shipping details. Proof preparation is typically planned for about 1 business day after we receive the order and usable artwork. Production is typically planned for 5–7 business days after proof approval, subject to the confirmed specification and schedule; the completed order then ships. Transit time depends on the destination country, region and delivery address.
