Custom water-activated kraft packing tape
Print your logo on kraft paper tape for sealing corrugated shipping cartons. The adhesive is activated with water before application, so this product needs a compatible water-activated tape dispenser; it is not a roll for an ordinary pressure-sensitive tape gun. Choose the tape construction, width and artwork that fit the cartons you actually pack.
Standard online configuration
- Material: standard or reinforced kraft paper with water-activated adhesive.
- Width: 48 mm (1.89 in) or 60 mm (2.36 in) only. BrandTapeCo does not currently supply 72 mm or any other custom width.
- Length: 50 m (164 ft) per standard online roll.
- Printing: one color, two colors or full color, with a repeat design if appropriate for the artwork.
- Minimum: five rolls per selected design and color configuration.
For reference, five 60 mm × 50 m rolls weigh approximately 4.7 lb (2.13 kg); other configurations vary. Select the actual material, width, printing and quantity above to see the current unit price and checkout total. Shipping and applicable taxes depend on the order.
Choose the format for your packing line
Start with the cartons, not the logo preview. Check seam coverage and dispenser compatibility for the chosen width, then view the artwork at actual tape size. Reinforced kraft is a separate construction to evaluate when a carton or handling route needs it; neither reinforcement nor width is a universal weight or shipping-performance guarantee. Test the proposed setup on representative boxes before committing to a larger run.

Need a different roll length?
The online price applies to the standard 48 mm or 60 mm × 50 m configuration. If you need a different roll length, contact the sales team to discuss whether a separate production run is feasible and obtain a written quotation. A bespoke single roll can cost more than the standard online five-roll order; do not assume that a smaller roll count reduces the total cost. Other widths are not currently available, including 72 mm.

Whether a used carton and its tape can be recycled together depends on the final tape construction, printing and the local recycling program.
