A B2B tape request is ready for quotation when another person can identify the exact carton, material, width, artwork and quantity being discussed. BrandTapeCo offers custom printed kraft and reinforced kraft water-activated tape in 48 mm and 60 mm widths only. The standard online roll is 50 m and the minimum is five rolls per design and color configuration. Other widths, including 72 mm, are not available.
Specify the packaging use, not only the product name
Provide representative filled cartons, board source or grade, seam layout, packing-station dispenser and expected handling route. Identify the smallest and most demanding regular boxes if one tape should serve several. If a customer standard or test method applies, send its exact requirements rather than asking for an undefined “industrial strength” tape.
Choose material and width through a trial
Kraft and reinforced kraft are different constructions; this article does not assign either a universal safe load or adhesion value. Compare candidates on the actual boxes while keeping dispenser and application method consistent. Check 48 mm and 60 mm seam coverage separately from material. Keep unconfirmed claims out of the quote
Do not infer a guaranteed delivery date, recyclable status, strength value or exact color match from a generic product description. Ask for product-specific evidence and written order terms. A sample can help evaluate a defined configuration, but it is not a universal performance certification. Use the RFQ checklist to send the same fields to each supplier.
A different roll length may be discussed with sales only for a feasibility assessment and separate written quotation; it might not be available. A bespoke single roll may cost more than five standard rolls combined. Confirm the live product options and online price before committing a buyer or customer to a specification.
