BrandTapeCo currently offers custom-printed water-activated tape in two widths: 48 mm (1.89 in) and 60 mm (2.36 in). We do not currently supply 72 mm tape or another made-to-order width. The standard online roll length is 50 m (164 ft), with a five-roll minimum for each selected design and color configuration. If your carton or dispenser requires a different width, please do not place an order on the assumption that we can make it.
Width and roll length are different decisions
Width describes how much of the carton seam a strip can cover and how much space a printed design has across the tape. Roll length describes how much linear tape is supplied on each roll. Changing the length will not make a 48 mm or 60 mm strip wider.

What to check before choosing 48 mm or 60 mm
Close a representative carton, measure its center seam and inspect the area available on both sides of the proposed strip. Check the smallest and largest cartons in your normal packing range. Then check the dispenser’s accepted roll width, core and outside diameter. A width that looks right in a product photograph is not proof that it fits your equipment or seals your specific box.
View the logo at actual tape size on each width. If letters become too small, simplify the artwork before choosing a wider tape only for visual reasons. Our 48 mm versus 60 mm comparison explains a practical test for cartons, artwork and application. It does not imply a third width is available.
If neither width fits
Do not use tape that fails your seam-coverage or dispenser requirements just to keep the purchase within the online catalog. Document the carton, seam, packing method and equipment constraint. You may need to change the packing setup or source a genuinely compatible width elsewhere. We can discuss the requirement, but we cannot quote BrandTapeCo tape in a width we do not currently make.
If the width fits but 50 m per roll does not
A different roll length is a separate production question. Contact the sales team with the width (48 mm or 60 mm), requested length, material, artwork, roll quantity, destination and intended dispenser. Sales can review feasibility and provide order-specific terms if production is possible. A bespoke single roll can cost more than the standard online five-roll order because it is not the same production route; only a written quotation establishes the actual price and minimum.

Is 72 mm available if I buy a large quantity?
No. A larger order does not make 72 mm or another nonstandard width available at present.
Does a custom roll length have the same five-roll minimum and online price?
No. The five-roll online configuration applies to the standard 50 m rolls. A different length needs a separate feasibility review and written quotation.
Can I use a normal tape gun for this product?
No. The paper tape’s adhesive is activated with water. Confirm a compatible water-activated dispenser before ordering.
