A cosmetics brand may ship several product sizes in different outer cartons. The branded tape must first seal those corrugated boxes consistently; its printed message is a second approval. Do not use a tape article to imply product safety, authenticity, environmental status or tamper-proof protection without separate evidence for the specific claim.
Map the outer-carton set
Collect the smallest regular box, the largest regular box and any board with a different coating or surface. Pack them as real orders, including inserts and the shipping label. Note where the top seam, bottom seam and brand message will remain visible after sealing. A decorative inner carton is not a substitute for testing the outer transport box.
Choose width and artwork together
Compare 48 mm and 60 mm paper strips on each outer-carton seam; those are BrandTapeCo’s only custom widths. Other widths, including 72 mm, are unavailable. Check dispenser fit and whether the logo repeat is readable after a normal cut and label placement. If packaging carries multilingual or ingredient-related text, have the brand’s qualified reviewer approve the exact wording separately from the tape proof.

If the brand changes the printed message for a campaign, recheck which wording appears on the tape and who approved it. Do not copy a claim from cosmetic product labeling onto an outer shipping seal without a separate review of context and evidence.
Standard online custom tape comes in 50 m rolls with a five-roll minimum per design and color configuration. If the line needs a different roll length, sales must assess feasibility and issue a separate written quote; it is not guaranteed. See the current product options.
